ABSTRACT The escalating global demand for energy, coupled with the rapid proliferation of the Internet of Things (IoT), underscores the imperative for distributed energy solutions. Nanogenerators, which transduce ambient mechanical vibrations into electrical energy, have emerged as a promising avenue for powering battery‐free IoT devices. However, achieving high power generation in harsh environments, especially in high humidity or elevated temperature, is challenging, partially due to the inevitable charge shield or thermionic emission at the device surface. Here, we demonstrate that a droplet energized nanogenerator (D‐NG) can endow stable electricity performance across various adverse environments. The key to this device lies in the droplet‐motivated cohesiveness and low friction at the solid‐liquid interface to eliminate the continuous water film (induced by humidity) and thermionic emission (caused by temperature) on the surface. The assembled D‐NG can be applied to power electronics utilizing in severe conditions. Our findings provide a new perspective for designing nanogenerators capable of stable operation in harsh environments.
