原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
ABSTRACT Photodetectors and memristors that enable machine perception, computation, and decision‐making functions undergo continuous evolution along bio‐inspired pathways for sophisticated structures and functions found in nature. Halide perovskites have facilitated the development of bio‐inspired photodetectors that structurally mimic human eyes, and synapse memristors that functionally mimic the brain, owing to the outstanding photoelectric properties and unique materials features. This review discusses the advances in bio‐inspired perovskite‐based vision sensors, with a focus on curved and color photodetectors. Neuromorphic memristors, the most representative bionic devices, are highlighted in terms of synaptic characteristic regulation and underlying mechanisms. Moreover, we propose future opportunities and challenges in monolithic integration toward further applications, emphasizing coordinated advancements in multifunctional device design and pixelization process innovation.
