Abstract Cotton textile based triboelectric nanogenerator (CT‐TENG) has been received a great deal of attention as self‐powered source for modern wearable electronics. However, its environmental adaptability and output performance still need to be improved for widen its applications. Here, a cotton textile incorporating polydopamine (PDA), MXene, and octadecylamine (ODA) has been designed to improve the electron‐donating performance, surface potential, dielectric constant, and hydrophobicity by means of the Schiff base reaction and hydrogen bonding. Consequently, the output performance of the as‐fabricated CT‐TENG is greatly enhanced, and the interference from ambient humidity of is significantly reduced. The measured open‐circuit voltage of the CT‐TENG reaches up to 141.0 V ± 1.2 V and retains up to 80.6% ± 1.8% of its initial value at a high relative humidity of 90%. By utilizing the outstanding output performance and environmental stability, applications in human motion energy harvesting and self‐powered movement monitoring are also demonstrated. Furthermore, an intelligent counter system by integrating the CT‐TENG with a microcontroller is developed for tracking human movement data.
