This trial investigated whether a regimen with doravirine, lamivudine, and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (DOR, 3TC, and TDF) would result in less weight gain compared with dolutegravir, emtricitabine, and tenofovir alafenamide (DTG, FTC, and TAF) while maintaining similar HIV viral suppression.
